Training for third party auditors

The training for third-party auditors lasts for 40 hours and takes place at your office or at the AEROQ office for a period mutually agreed upon.

AEROQ provides the course materials and all the necessary facilities for each participant.

Each participant that passes the final examination is granted a certificate of graduation. Otherwise, he is granted a certificate of attendance.

AEROQ lecturers have the appropriate qualification: teaching experience, auditor courses in Romania and the United States, RENA certification as Lead Auditor, at least 200 third-party audits and also a very good experience regarding the Quality Management Systems.

The training has two different modules:

Module 1

    Day 1:
  • Introduction.
  • Quality standards and guidelines.
  • Presentation of standards ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9000:2000, with relevant examples regarding the manner they are interpreted by AEROQ as Certification Body.
  • Presentation of the main documents of the Quality Management System (Quality Manual, System Procedures, Working Procedures - design, draw-up, implementation), using Guideline 100013 as reference document. Correlation with the new requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
  • Partial examination.

    Day 2:
  • Presentation of ISO 19011 (focus on audit stages).
  • Quality Management System Audit - objectives, importance and classification.
  • Roles and responsibilities.
  • Audit stages.
  • Audit planning and preparation.
  • Audit performance.
  • Reports and follow-up.
  • Frequent problems during auditing.
  • Additional issues.
  • Partial examination.
Module 2
    Day 3
  • Practical audits: lead auditor or auditor in the audit team.
  • Partial examination.

    Day 4
  • Interpretation of the auditors role.
  • FINAL EXAMINATION.
